The cost of attention

Once again, I am reminded by the redness of my eyes, the curve in my spine, the tightening sensation in my brain, of the cost of attention.

Claude offers me the ability to have as many conversations for as many things I want to accomplish, for a meager $20 a month! Plus my sanity.

Once again, I am reminded by Mother Nature of the metaverse that I must form my thoughts outside the machine that tries to form them for me.
