I don’t carry my phone when I carry my camera. It helps me be more present, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy photography. My eyes, ears, and heart are open to beauty in ways they normally aren’t.
Lately, I’ve been creating collages. Physical and digital. It’s a great way to salvage mediocre photos, which is often the case with me.
I like to choose a FujiFilm recipe based on the aesthetic of the experience I’m shooting. My favorite thus far has been shooting in Oregon.
